France Tour from a Dean's-Eye (and ear) View

On Tuesday, May 15, 2007--a party of eighty students, faculty, family and friends left Dulles International Airport for Paris, France.
The Shenandoah Conservatory Choir has scheduled concerts at Mont Saint-Michel, the Cathedral at Rouen, and at the American Cemetery at Omaha Beach. Those were the first 3 days. The group then moved from Rouen to Paris and settled in for concerts at the Cathedral de Notre Dame (Vigil Mass), St. Clotilde (the church/organ of composer Cesar Franck), Notre Dame Cathedral in Chartres, and St. Madeleine.
